The deadline to pre-register for media credentials has passed. No new credentialing applications will be processed.

Credentials will not be confirmed via phone or email. You must appear in person to verify and collect your individual credential.

If you have pre-registered, credentials may are picked up at Adelbert Gym on the Case Western Reserve University campus.

Individuals are required to present a government issued photo ID.

Hours of Adelbert Gym, the credentialing center, are as follows:

Saturday, October 2, 2004 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 3, 2004 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, October 4, 2004 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 5, 2004 8:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.

If you have requested truck parking and completed your rate card transaction you must pick up your parking passes at the credential site in Adelbert Gym.

Passenger car parking and shuttle are $5.00. Parking is available at the following lots on the Case Western Reserve University campus:

Lot #44 Adelbert road on west side south of railroad tracks
Lot #47 Adelbert road on east side south of railroad tracks
Lot #53 Off Adelbert road next to Veale Center
Lot #59 Cornell Road north of the railroad tracks
Lot #61 Mayfield Road north of the railroad tracks
